I’m Lindsey, a former Nurse turned Functional Nutritional Therapist. With a varied background in health, fitness and wellness I transitioned into the world of naturopathy and nutrition.
With training in both allopathic and naturopathic medicine, I offer a unique perspective on health and wellness, coupled with a genuine passion for assisting individuals in achieving their optimal well-being.
